The story
In the La Convencion province near Quillabamba, Cusco's coffee grows on steep tropical slopes below the high Andes. Long a cooperative stronghold, the region produces full-bodied, sweet coffees with dark chocolate and citrus notes, increasingly showcased as traceable microlots.
