The story

Nariño sits at the Ecuadorian border, where farms climb to some of the highest altitudes in Colombia. Cold nights and intense equatorial sun let cherries mature slowly at elevations that would frost elsewhere, producing cups prized for vivid acidity and delicate sweetness. Its single mid-year harvest is distinct from the rest of the country.
