The story
Cerrado Mineiro was Brazil's first coffee region to earn a Denomination of Origin. Its flat, high plateau has well-defined wet and dry seasons, allowing highly uniform ripening and clean, consistent natural coffees with chocolate, nut, and gentle citrus character.
